What We Do
We are involved as Principals and with related companies in the following activities:
INVESTMENT ACQUISITIONS AND SALES of apartments, shopping centers, warehouses, and office/flex buildings in major metropolitan areas of Texas.
LAND ACQUISITIONS, DEVELOPMENT, AND SALES. Through Foster-Harbour we act as Principals in the acquisition of land for upzoning, development and re-sale to users.
PARTNERSHIP VENTURES. Our limited partnerships act as Principals with institutions and private partners in the acquisition of special opportunities for value creation through land planning, re-zoning, remodeling/rehabilitation, lease-up, and re-sale. Partners have included insurance companies, endowment funds, REITs, plus a number of private partnerships and joint ventures formed with individuals and family investment entities.
ADVISORY SERVICES. Our professionals have demonstrated the ability to solve complicated real estate problems with experience, creativity, and extraordinary expertise. These talents have proven invaluable to many of the firm’s clients in the areas of portfolio enhancement, restructuring, litigation support, portfolio sales, and loan restructuring.
