Frank Cole ...
Frank Cole began a real estate career in 1978 as a commercial
mortgage banker. He then became a commercial banker with two
financial institutions where he served as an executive officer and
credit committee member. Later he was an executive and owner in a
full service commercial real estate services company. In this entity
he served as CFO of the parent company, president of its property
management subsidiary. The asset management company would
receive $200 million in RTC assets to manage and liquidate. He has
been a real estate lender, developer, manager, and consultant. His
business activities have caused him to be a licensed real estate
broker in Texas, Maryland, and Washington D.C. as well as a Series 7
securities broker.
Frank Cole has been active in boy scouts as a Scoutmaster and trainer. He is a volunteer scuba
instructor for the YMCA and was an active leader in the Indian Guides program.

Bruce H. Harbour ...
As a Principal of Foster-Harbour, Inc., he specializes in the formation and management of land investment partnerships and currently manages for Foster-Harbour and his own account, over $30 million in land assests. He served as Senior Marketing Consultant and Head of the Dallas Land Division for Grubb & Ellis from 1984 to 1996. Harbour has raised capital for the formation of approximately 50 joint ventures and limited partnerships to acquire major tracts of land in the Metroplex for investment and/or development.
Harbour has participated in the sale of real estate valued at more than $400 million since he began his real estate career 36 years ago. In the late 1980’s, he also brokered more than $200 million in tax-loss related transactions to Canadian individuals and corporations. Prior achievements include Co-Chairman of the National Land Council of Grubb & Ellis, Charter Member of the Chairman’s Council of Henry S. Miller Company, and the 1984 recipient of the Henry S. Miller Sr. Award for outstanding professional and community service. He is a licensed member of the National Board of Security Dealers, a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), and past President of the North Texas Land Council.

Harrell "Buddy" Hayden ...
As a Principal of Foster-Hayden Realty advisors for over 15 years, Hayden has been active in all aspects of commercial real estate consulting with a specialty in industrial and income properties. He has served as the managing partner or trustee for numerous investment and development partnerships and was named Realtor of the Year in 1982. Hayden is a former National President of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors and a past President of the Greater Dallas Association of Realtors.
